Well, I eventually got it after many times browsing. I thank to Let Shar-e site owner for sharing the download link of PES6 Player Update (Summer 2008-2009 transfer).

After download, extract the file to (usually) : My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 6\save\
If the option file isn’t loaded when you start playing the game, go to your data management menu and load the option file. It’s working properly on my PC. enjoy !!!

Hey, I’m still looking for other updates like sound, cup, special team. Any of you get information about them ?

But unexpetedly, I have a trouble with Master League. This new option file seems to cause the Master League’s NEW GAME can’t load at the starting. So, I must load my old option file (the PES 6 original option file) to play ML. Just enjoy this as much as u can.
